I had the privilege of establishing and managing my own New York City model agency where I had to deal with a lot of clients on the phone on a daily basis. Dealing with diverse clients each day and keeping them engaged with my model agency added a lot to my experience, where I explored better ways to make my voice more impactful, friendly, and compelling. Prior to that when I was an elementary and middle school teacher, my convincing voice always proved to be my trump card to keep to my students perfectly aligned with their studies and future goals. My voice always complimented my teaching style and added to my convincing power, whether during a normal class lecture or during one-on-one conversations with my students.
